When someone call you in skype, a bar appear saying answer and another one saying reject, Press ANSWER and you'll be directly able to contact your friend .
When you get a call, a bar will appear on your screen saying answer, answer with video or decline. Press answer with video, and after a few seconds you friend will be able to see you as well as hear you.

I don't know why I keep bothering to answer this question, since those who bother to rate my answer rate it as if they hold me personally responsible for the design of the camera. However, here it goes.
The ViviCam was designed primarily as a still camera, with some video capabilities grafted on. Unfortunately, there was no need for audio recording in a still camera, thus there is no audio with its video.
If the question is can I convert my composite video output to a super video input then the answer is NO,
The composite is coaxial (2 wires) the S-Video uses 4pins and there is no S-Video output on a Presario 1200 laptop.
You can however use a Multi-AV SCART adaptors with Input/Output signal switch where you plug in the composite video output into the top video and 3.5 mm jack stereo audio into the mono audio connections on top.( via a stereo to mono cable)
