Hi there,
During a regular drying cycle my drier will say it is full of water. So we empty it and it still says it is full of water. This happens constantly and the drier is only 5 months old. It won't work at all. If you turn it off for an hour it may start again when you turn it on. Could it be over heating? We do use it a lot.
Help please?
My son seems to have fixed my dryer.
Although I followed the instructions about cleaning the filter after each cycle and the condenser after ten, fluff had blocked the drainage from the internal reservoir to the water collection bottle. It seems like this will be an ongoing problem, as even cleaning every time, fluff will gradually biuld up. The filter isn't good enough to stop fibres getting into the condenser and then into the reservoir behind it.
I expect that taking the cover off the reservoir to clean it invallidates a guarantee if you have one, but that is what my son did and now the dryer is working.
Well done your son. Fixed my problem too, such a simple solution
This is the fix alright, just to explain if anybody else has this problem, remove water collector and look into bottom of machine where the water collector meets the machine that is the part to remove and clean, three screws, it's that simple. By the way thanks guys saved me a costly repair man visit

I have the same problem. The dryer is only 3 months old and stops mid cycle with the empty water light flashing. Sometimes it will start again after leaving it for a while. It seems like the water isn't draining properly into the collection bottle as there is never very much in it.
