you may find that the water sensor is not working as it should, unplug the machine take the back off locate the small 5mm pipe going upwards take it off and blow gently into it you should hear a click and one when you release the air, if so then the place you took it from is blocked, clean it out with a pipe cleaner or metal rod replace the pipe and rear panel and run the machine again, try to make Shure that you always fill the machine to its recommended load to prevent unbalanced loads eric
IN UNIT THERE IS A SENSOR OF PRESURE WICH HAVE A TUBE FROM WATER CUVA , and when fill water presure high from tub activate membrana and cicle startit ;may there a problem and also at ev . of in water, chec connection and clean dirt but with main out
I would start with water level pressure switch. It regulates how much water goes into washer and also stops overfilling..It may be defective and thinks washer is already full( hence no water and automatic drain spin) P#WH12X10093
Second thing to try is unplugging the washer for 15 min and letting all the voltage leave the control board. At this time you will reset the washer to default factory settings in case there was a computer glitch..
When the cycle doesn't advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem:
It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer.
It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. See There's no cold water
The problem is the pressure switch has failed. These are usually inexpensive and are very easy to replace. There is a video athttp://appliancehelponline.com/toppressureswitchvideo.html this will walk you thru the inspection and replacement of this part. You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. All parts come with installation instructions. Not all models are available. very strange problem.. there is a unit within the washer that does not allow it to start agitating untill the water is at the level desired. its very clever name is water level indicator valve the valve must be jammed closed there fore the washer thinks the barrel is full of water and goes strait into wash cycle. i would say replace the w/l/i and youl be fine
if it agitates without water then the fill pressure switch is stuck , this will lead the unit to beleive its full already.
replace the water level/fill switch for the fix.

open the console and find the pressure switch. it has a clear hose attached to it. pull the hose off the switch and turn on the washer. if water starts to enter shut it off and blow through it back to the tub. some piece of junk may have plugged it causing the switch to "think" the tub is full of water. put the hos back on and run a short spin cycle to reset it and try again making sure to run a small load to see if it shuts off properly. if no water enters when hose is pulled off most likely bad pressure switch. keep the lid closed while doing these tests. some units wont work w/lid open.
