i m not sure if this is gonna help but still u can try reformatting it maybe it will change the code back to 12345 just press answering button,1,3 and * and while keeping these 3 buttons pressed just keep the starting button pressed at the same time.don't leave the buttons until "reformatting" appears on the screen.best of luck

Call your networkprovider.

go to home screen n press *#7370#
the phone will then ask for a lock code
thedefault is 12345
the phone will then restart
all data one the phone will be deleted so remove the memory card
