When the Panasonic AG-DVC62 digital video camera is on and you eject to put a DV tape in to record the auto reel lock will appear on screen of the camera then the tape will lock in the camera.

Try ejecting cassette whilst powered from AC Adaptor. Secondly, try operating Eject from powered off mode. If operation LED starts flashing after any of these attempts, the mechanism is probably jammed or has become mis-timed. Unfortunately this requires professional intervention to avoid further damage to your equipment.
