You might try Helm Publishing in Highland Park Michigan. Some of the manuals like you are missing had a page at the end of the book with addresses such as Helm. I do not know if Ford Customer Service at Corporate level would have more info.
It seems to be a trend for resale places to toss out manuals like you need.

manufacturer website to order for the manual stating the microwave
model number and give our house detailed address.
However
microwave manual guide can also be purchase at any microwave oven
authorized dealer around your local area with the model number for
compactibility(easy use).

I don't know how you can order a pdf, but I emailed customer service through their website contact button and told them my mother's had been in storage and the manual was missing. They replied quickly and said they would send a replacement free of charge and asked for my mailing address. Less than a week later an entire "accessory pack" came in the mail...including recipe book, two insert pans, and the spatula - ALL COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE! Amazing service on their end!
So my recommendation is you just ask customer service for a new one! :-)
