Off and on for awhile it would blink "sud"-I would clear and restart and it seamed to be fine. well it happend again and after pushing clear(so my stepdaughter says) it went to start back up and flashed delay-now it looks like it's ready to start, it will let you choose different wash cycles, but it will not start, it will not clear-I even unplugged it for awhile-it will not do anything!!! Now there are clothes stuck inside!
Just let me know what the results are, and if any error codes appear. The "SUD" error can be caused by obstructions in the drain pump and/or using too much laundry detergent.
Is the control panel locked? If so, have you tried holding the "Drain/Spin" button in for three seconds to clear?
By the way...if you need to get your clothes out of the washer and the door is still locked, the following link explains how you can access the manual release for the door:

Usually answered in minutes!
I don't think it has been 30 min. yet-I will try that and let you know what it's doing-I was thinking of cleaning the pump, etc. as well?
still the same- no error code now only flashes the cycle time-but wil not start-clear anything except let us change settings etc.
How long did you unplug the washer for? The manufacturer recommends unplugging the unit for AT LEAST 30 minutes in an attempt to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). If the washer still does not operate after performing a reset, look for any error codes on the front panel display and let me know what they are.
