How to transfer contacts from iphone to pc?

I had a nokia E71 and downloaded software from the NOKIA WEBSITE. you can use it to transfer your nokia contacts into windows contacts.

Then you have to download Itunes from APPLE and use CLOUD SYNCH to send your windows contacts (which would have your nokia contacts intergrated) to your iphone. I used the charger and plugged into the USB of the computer for both. its alot of work but possible - and faster than manual re-enter.

note: some contacts on my nokia for example if a phone number description was changed from "work" or "home" to lets say "work cell" windows contacts did not understand custom categories and some numbers did not transfer correctly, eg, "work cell" became "fax" or nothing at all. There was some editing within windows contacts to correct the issue so that Itunes would interpret the contacts correctly.

In short:
-Nokia software
synch contacts to windows contacts

-windows contacts
check everything looks good

-itunes & cloud synch software
import windows contacts and synch phone.
(Cloud synch may be a separate download)


as far is I know there is not an easier way.
