If the issue is that you do not know how to fold the Buzz please view the User Manual (a replacement copy can be downloaded from www.quinny.com if required) If the issue is that the chassis will not fold it needs to be sent to the engineers for inspection / repair.

If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase you can book in for chargeable inspection by calling the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays)
