Hello dbmr2 - From my research for this manufacturer there isn't any EFO error code for a washer. However, if the unit is not spinning is it making a humming noise? If so, either the drainage hose/pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned. If not, the washer may possibly be experiencing an issue with the door lock assembly, faulty pump, timer or control board not communicating correctly. Contact a professional to move forward accurately to properly diagnose and repair the unit.

Dryer won't spin

Was the belt shredded ( normal wear & tear ) or burnt through which could be a drum bearing or support problem .What does the drum feel like when you turn it by hand is it grinding & lump ? The fact that the motor runs with no load could by the start device faulty these are reasonably cheap to replace this is the small cylinder attached to the side of the motor with two wire connections . if your motor has not got one of these then its the start windings in the motor

I have a 1999 Gilera Runner 180FXR, New bat 12V 9 amps. Starter turns and spins pinion gear but won't engage starter ring. If it does it turns ver slow or won't turn engine over. In manual it

Yep, not enough amps to engage the starter clutch, and when ti does engage, not enough amps to turn the engine. You need a 12 amp battery.

Tricity Bendix AW1260W - drum won't turn - 5 beep error repeats

Washer motor control board failure is the likely problem, also check all connectors for signs of burning. Also test the washer motor.

Large loads won't balance & spin

Could be:
1. Broken spring(unlikely)
2. Bad shock absorbers (maybe)
3. Broken spyder-the Inner drum part that holds the drum to the hub(kinda likely). If inner drum can be moved without outer tub also moving in tandem, then broken spyder is likely.
Good luck

Kenmore Heavy Duty Plus Dryer 86273100 drum won't spin

How could the belt be in working order if the drum doesn't spin? Check to see if the belt has come off the motor. If the motor runs but your dryer doesn't spin, the belt is off. If the motor runs with the belt on but it still won't spin then you'll have a lot of black smoke because your drum is jammed. In other words, there are a number of things that could be wrong, but not very many.

Hi, I own a Whirlpool Thin Twin Model# LT5000XSN1. I bought it used from a CRAPPY dealer (worst mistake EVER), since day one, we have had an issue with the spin cycle. The cycle will agitate then when the...

This sounds like a classic clogged empty pump issue. The empty cycle is timed and then it steps on to the spin cycle. The machine won't spin if there is still water in the bottom of the drum. When you reset it to a spin cycle again, you are making it run through the empty cycle again, finally getting rid of the water that the clogged filter could not evacuate on the first attempt.

You need to clean the empty pump filter. Now... Where is the filter???? Hmmmm... not sure. It MAY be behind a little panel in the front of the machine near the bottom. I can't find a picture of the machine on the net so I'm not sure.

Clean the filter, I'll bet your problem goes away. You have to wonder why the idiot who sold the machine to you hasn't suggested this!

Washing machine - efo error display. machine stops. bleeping sound

Hello,
The code EFO shown to the user can either be related to a blockage in the filter or pump. Also check the outlet drain hose for kinks or blockages.Another one to check out is that there is not too much detergent in the drum as this causes overfoaming.

Hope this was helpful.
