Only one light works

Depending on what type of plug it is you may be able to change the fuse.
If the fuse has blown then you really need to know why before plugging it back in to the mains. The charger may have a broken wire in the lead that plugs in to the laptop. Usually it happens right near the plug where it gets bent and twisted. It could also be the internal fuse inside the charger box.

If you can't get it tested properly then a new one is your best bet. They are quite cheap on Ebay. Just look for the one for your make and model number and check to make sure the voltage on your chargers label is the same, it's output voltage is probably 19 volts. The voltage must be the same, NOT lower or higher.
Then have a look at the label for the current which is in Amps, something like 3.15Amps. You can buy one with higher current than the one you have but NOT lower than the label says.

Just because you have a check light on & a code,does not mean
the O2 Sensor is bad.

Bank #1 is always on the side that cylinder #1 is on
Sensor #1 is closest to the engine before in in the converter
inlet
Sensor #2 is the Rear,Downstream or Monitor Sensor
usually in the converter outlet

Just want you to be aware that when you replace it you may still have
the same check light & code & then mabe you wil get lucky

That way of doing things will only work a couple of times

Most GM motors, the #1cyl would be on the motors left side
On a Ford, the front right side

If you have single exhaust it is easy & you may as well do both
O2 sensors

The upstream or front one gets done every 80 to 100,000 miles

The rear ones SELDOM FAIL that is why I'am explaining all this

The 2 filament on the LH Front turn signal is most likely burned out, ...........or the ground to it, & the entire socket needs replaced. Caution lights, send signals to ALL FRONT & REAR lights. All turn signal lights must be in working order, as it is a "pulsating" currect surge sent to the bulbs, LH or RH, depending which direction you wisk to turn. If 1 filament is broken, the circuit is incomplete, & no flash will occur. Usually you will get one light that stays on, & the front or rear missing lighting, is the one whichis the culpret.

so now you can by AUTO CHARGER

The light will just come on based on time not on if the filter is really need to be changed, you can push and hold the button to reset it, and another six months or so it will light up again. I do not have the same model as you, but mine is in side the ref. top right side, others are on the water line in back.
I have two filters before the refrigerator on mine still go's off I just reset it. If the filter is really needing to be replaced your water would slow to a trickle.

The batteries need charging and when you plug in the charger and the power is on the lights wil flash indicating that the charger is plugged in. Now look at the rear of the chair near where the charger cord plugs into the chair and you should see a voltmeter. With the charger plugged in the voltmeter will indicate about 5-6 amps and after charging overnight the voltmeter should be reading 0 amps. If when you plug in the charger cord and the voltmeter indicates 0 amps then I would suspect that the charger is not working or that the fuse is blown in the charger circuit. The only way to see if the batteries charge would be to borrow or find an offboard charger that will plug into the charger port located under the front of the joystick and after charging for 10-12 hours see if the battery level lights show full charge Hope this helps

Two constant yellow flashing lights indicates three things
1. Low voltage. Load test your batteries even if they are new. You may need to take them out and charge them on a car charger. Your charger won't work without at least 20 - 22 volts. Your inhibitor on the charger won't close to make continuity to turn the charger on.
2. With an olms meter check your front to rear harness for continuity. If you have a bad wire, replace the front to rear harness.
3. Third and most costly is a bad controller. No way to check that without replacing it. Check 1 & 2 first.

did you change the battery ? wrong amps or voltage could do that sometimes. it's called reverse polarity.
