I would suggest checking printer properties in the computer and ensure the paper size and source is Letter and set to Automatic Choose. Another choice may be to deleted the printer driver and re-install it. You can also go into the menu options until you get to Set factory defaults, press Select, then try the print job again.
I really suspect a program is controlling this from the computer.
To get a list of the existing printer settings, Select Menu and use the Right Arrow button until you get to Printer Menu Settings. The printed report should tell you what your actuall settings are. Maybe the default is set to Custom, instead of Letter.
The Set Factory Defaults option should fix most problems.

Hi,
Load "MP" means to load media into the Multi Purpose feeder , which is in the front of the printer.
This can be caused by several things, all of which are easy to fix.
First, open the printer driver and verify the correct selection of media draw.
Next, ujse the printer's paper menu to set the proper tray.
Lastly, make sure that the print file going to the printer is not asking for the MP Feeder.

Blinking status light means the printer is busy. If it's not doing anything else, disconnect the printer from the computer. Restart the printer and then print a menu settings page. Clear the print queue on your computer before re-attaching the printer. Thanks.
