SOURCE: My new u-control helicopter is experencing spinning
I had the same problem, the helicopter would spin out of control and the trim did not help. I took a closer look and noticed that only the top rotor was turning. I took the bottom off of the round gear box to find a tiny white gear had slipped off the second motor. With a pair of needle nose tweezers I was able to reattach the gear and I was flying in no time.

Hello
I have the exact same model you are having problems with. Just a few questions to clarify:
Does the red light flicker in on the circuit?
Also, is the remote turned on?
Let me know about the above described. I will come back top you as soon as possible.
Kind regards

0) Obviously, helicopter will operate best when fully charged... if
charging light gets brighter when unplugged from helicopter, then it's
not at full charge. Charge fully, then allow battery to cool for 10
minutes. Good batteries in remote also.
1) Power on helicopter.
2)
Place on level surface and let gyroscopes sync. There is a red light
inside the body (NOT the red/blue flasher in the nose) that will blink
when you turn helicopter on, and will keep blinking until craft is level
and stable for a few seconds, then will stop blinking.
3) Make sure left joystick is all the way down.
4) Power on remote.
5) Throttle up (left joystick) until blades move and then all the way back down.
This should get you flying. Let me know.
hope this helps,
