How do you remove the drive motor flywheel/pulley from a Vision Fitness T9350 motor. I can see a few screw threads between the pulley rim and the motor shaft but I am afraid to use a bolt to remove it until I determine if this is the correct way to remove it. Any suggestions?

Use your multi meter check continuity on motor leads if you get about 1 to 1.5 ohms if not leads may have open. You may also need to do calibration if the above check a ok.

Hi,
Thanks for using Fixya.
C4 error indicates Elevation error (signal lost).
To remove it, check condition of all cables and cable connections and recalibrate

What is error code e4 on vision fitness t9350?

I have an HRT9450 that is showing an E4 error code - but when I run the auto calibration it doesn't seem to finish.

It runs up the speeds and back down but then stops without ever showing 'end'.

When i then take the safety key off and replace it the E4 error code shows again.

The treadmill was working fine until I moved it a foot and then the error code shows - meaning I'm suspecting a lose cable but I don't know where to start looking for it.

Any advice?

Older proform crosstrainer ( recumbent bike ) just assembled from box and when I pedal grating sound from pedal area?

1

Remove the screws or bolts securing the ends of the pedals to the crank axles. Slide the ends of the pedals off the axles. Remove any screws or bolts securing the left and right disc shields to the base unit. Pull or pry the disc shields off the base unit and set them aside.

2

Remove any screws or bolts securing the left and right side shields to the base unit. Detach the side shields and set them aside. Examine the interior of the base unit and locate the drive belt.

3

Pull the drive belt free of the crank pulley, flywheel and any other pulleys. Discard the old drive belt and install a new belt in its place. Turn the crank axles by hand to confirm that the belt will turn smoothly when the device is in use.
B) Lubricate your FITNESS BIKE. very important.

How do I remove the drive pully's from the crank? Husky Rider 16 ride on

I am not familiar with husky riding mowers. Unless they have a different way of attaching pulley.I know of only 2 ways to remove a pulley or flywheel from crank. If there are threaded holes on the pulley use a puller but if no threaded holes are present screw a knock-off nut onto crankshaft so there is a small gap between nut and pulley or flywheel and gently pry against bottom of flywheel while tapping sharply on nut. I hope that helps you.

Ingersoll Rand SSR-EP75 owners manual, I need to remove the cooling fan and replace it , its on a marathon electric fan motor e206, motor is good but the plastic blades around it are busted, I need info on...

The pulley is held on by a compression type of coupling. Loosen all the screws in the coupling. Remove two screws and they should thread into two or more threaded holes in the coupling. These are holes that should be 180 degrees apart....they will be the only holes threaded. If all the other bolts in the circumference are loose you should be able to thread these two bolts into the coupling and the bolts actually "jack" the coupling apart. The coupling and fan should easily come off the front of the motor. The motor should be held on by 4 screws to the motor tower in front of your air/oil cooler.

TEAC model A1500 tape recorder

What i did to solve this problem on my A-1500 was to remove the tension arm, the pinch roller and the front face holding screws , pull off the rubber faces from the reel hubs and remove them, remove the front metal face plate... in back remove the wood backing panel... inside the deck rear, remove, (without letting them fall into the mechanism) 4 screws that anchor the heavy front cast piece that holds the capstan flywheel...carefully lift the cast piece that holds the flywheel. away from the deck face just enough to allow the old belt be removed, and the new one installed...ensure the belt is installed and goes all around the flywheel..and is not pinched when you push the casting back against the deck face and reinstall the 4 rear anchor screws. place the belt around the upper drive motor pulley wheel.. small diameter part on motor pulley and large diameter part on flywheel for users of 60 hz. Ensure 60hz is selected on switch..or 50hz if that is what you need.(for 50hz ensure belt is on large motor pulley part and smaller flywheel diameter part. with deck lying down or leaning, place a few drops of light lube oil into the felt at the bearing hole for the flywheel. Give the deck a test playback before completely reassembling and putting all the parts back where they were.
