New Dragon Touch says it's attached to my wi-fi. Signal strength is excellent running 54 mps, but it won't load any webpages ? Could it be something internal in my wireless ? The wireless works for all the computers in the house.
I would suggest it's the Dragon that's not connected properly. Try this forum: http://forums.androidcentral.com/other-tablets/238888-dragon-touch-7-inch-tablet.html#post2476734

Hi,
Check for the password on the router configuration page to make sure tat you are using the correct one:
1. Open the browser(Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
2. Access the router usually http://192.168.0.1 else try http://www.routerlogin.com
3. Login to the router (User Name = admin Password = password unless you have changed it).
4. Click on Wireless Settings'(under Setup) from the left menu.
5. Check if 'WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy)' or 'WPA-PSK (Wi-Fi Protected Access Pre-Shared Key)' is selected under 'Security Options'.
6. If WPA-PSK is selected, copy the code entered in the passphrase.
7. If WEP is selected, copy the code entered in the Key that has a black dot before it.
This is the code required for connecting the wireless computer to the routers' wireless network.
Enter the same password on IPOD to connect to the wireless network.
Rate it,if it helps.

It's possible that the wireless network is secured. you can access the router setup page to check if there is a security enabled. You can follow the steps on this link.
SOURCE: asking me for wi-fi password
The wifi password is the same as wireless network key (either WPA or WEP key). That's the same password that you used when you tried to connect to the wireless network using your laptop.

Things to try:
1. Swapping the router from mixed mode to G only.
2. Raise up the wireless router higher in the room.
3. Move the router closer to the ps3 or the ps3 closer to it.
4. Run ethernet cable to the ps3 from the router. (clunky but 1ms ping times to the router does make seem worth it.)
5. Put the ole warhorse of a linksys back in and hope for store credit on the dlink. As it seems to have been working for you.
To answer your question:
Currently most things have built in G class wireless antennas. As such they prefer G and the N router eats into the G's spectrum. Not bad but some bleeding of channels is just going to happen and as such N class things will love the N router but the G class have to suffer a bit.
