Hi,
It is on the Right hand side of the camera, just underneath the finger grip. Next to the Auto|Manual Fucus button... about 2 cm to the right.
Hope that helps
SOURCE: driver required for model nv-gs60
I can't seem to find drivers, but something useful which someone told, that you'll need special software. "Windows XP comes with the MovieMaker for free. It is slow but you can use it to begin. It is under the Start -> All Programs -> Windows Movie Maker.
Got it? great...
First, did your camcorder come with a installation CD? Normally no drivers are needed but for some special camcorders it may happen, in such case you must have received the CD with the camcorder or go to panasonic's website and look for your camcorder model and get the drivers.
All you have to do is plug the camcorder to your PC's firewire with your cable. Turn it on.
If a special driver is needed then a window will pop up asking for the drivers, here's where you'll need the CD or downloaded drivers.
If no drivers are needed, then another pop up window may open asking you what program do you want to use... select movie maker...
If no window pops up... Just open movie maker as indicated above.
In the left you have the tasks... select 'capture video from device'.....
The you just have to playback the video in your camcorder and use the controls that will appear to start/stop recording in your PC.
Videos are heavy, you'll need LOTs of space in your hard drive....
The rest.. is intuitive... after you have the videos in your PC you can do edition with this program...
But as I said, it is too slow... I'd recommend you to get Sony Vegas... you can download a trial version and see..."
