your usb port has the problem your usb must be replaced...

Most likly i had a problem with my laptop and motherboard was blown excatly like your prob

if u remove the backup then its very diificult to recover that,

u can asl lenova service center to give a abckup cd

remove andclean your ram and replace it again. if not change your ram.
