Question about Sansui 19 in. LCD TV

Driver for monitor

I just bought sansui 19" lcd tv from walmart I hooked up with my dell computer the monitor is not showing corret picture it is feded. do you suggest any driver?

    mine flickers, updated drivers didn't work. no solution yet

    Same problem bought for my son and it has a big resolution if u make it smaller than there is no picture

If u r using xp sp2 ,sp3 or vista no drivers r required for any monitors as such drivers r installed by windows automatically.ok next is go to divice manager and search for monitors if ur monitor has any issues it is displayed yellow.ok even if the device manager doesnt show up any issues with monitor,u can always upgrade the drivers to the drivers that came with the monitors installaion disk that may be supplied with ur system.

I have a vga cable hooked to my sansui tv and to my laptop, but the tv just says "no signal". What do i need to do?
you may need to change the resolution of the desktop it may not be correct for the input that the tv needs. also look for any buttons on the laptop that will switch the video over to the VGA output. i suggest tryin around 600X800 and see if it will show up. good luck

Just got a sansui 19" tv from walmart and there is nothing but a white screen. do have sound. what is wrong?
Ur tv is overheating,bat Signal turner board.Return it exchange for new tv or call for warenty repair for this intermitten problem it very common on tv design not very good or have not enough venterlation.

CONNECTING TO PC
On a Sansui tv, select the PC input on the tv. Change the refresh rate on your computer to 60hz to match the tv's refresh rate. You will need a regular computer monitor to do this.

Set the refresh rate to 60hz and shut down your computer. Connect it to the tv as per the tv manual. Power up the computer.

check the cable,check the graphics adapter is seated in ur system perfectly,check if any boot sirens came from ur cpu when starting the system.

Dell LCD - Power problem
To my knowledge, there is no easy fix. If the LCD is not powering on and your AC adapter indicates there is power, then it is in the circuitry of the LCD assy and your best bet is a TV repairman.

Odds are, that you can buy a replacement cheaper that the cost to repair that one (1800FP is an 18" LCD by the way) You can buy a 19" Wide aspect Dell LCD at Walmart for $199

Computer monitor
I have never tried that but I would say it won't work that way. I have 2 display cards (3 outputs each, VGA, DVI, TVout) and 3 monitors. When I check the driver software and multiple screen function, it shows only 2 output (VGA and DVI) each. I cannot set TV output as a second screen. Even display properties on windows, it shows only available monitor output. I don't think you can do that.

It's a problem in the power supply section inside the monitor. It needs component-level electronic troubleshoting.
