you would have been given the mail id while signing up the face book,after finishing the sign up go to your mail and check a official invitation of confirmation from FACE BOOK,
follow the steps->click some link to activate the account
work over your account will be activated.

Try logging in with your username and password. If you can still get in, then you should be able to unsuspend your account. If you can't login, then your account was probably deleted for violating Facebooks Terms of Use/Service and you will most likely have to recreate the account, or contact Facebook Support to see what they can do to help you out.

I would suggest you to try to sign in another browser, eg: If you are using Internet Explorer then try to use it on Mozilla FireFox. If you still can't access it, try to clear the cookies and sign in again.

First click on the link that says "forgot your password" and follow all the instructions there. basically facebook will email you your password again
