I purchased a used ricoh afficio ap3800c from a business that closed. I also purchased the service and parts manuals. While not certified, I am an equipment technician. My problem, the operation panel-LT (part number G060 7011 or maybe 7111) with the menu and functions unit will not light up and clearly there is no power to the unit. I have checked the connectors and they seem to be in place. Without the menu function, we cannot reset and do adjustments. Are there fuses I am not seeing that should be checked and if so, where? What should we do next? Thank you.

Unfortunately, on the AP3800C the oil supply unit is part of the fusing unit. However, you can purchase just the oil supply portion of the fusing unit and replace that (part #G0604022).
I'm not sure how much that would cost, but it's got to be cheaper than a whole new fusing unit.
