Vx2835 screen is black

try changing input or source if same bad power board

When the green letters appear, turn off the cable box only.
If the screen changes, the problem is in the cable box or hookup.
If the letters stay, there is a problem in your TV.

The dying hdd cause some problems. Replace the hdd.

Since there is nothing you can do to fix this at home you have 2 choices, replace the camera or send it back to the manufacturer for exchange (very expensive)

Go to Control Panel, (top right View Small Icons). Then look for Power Options. On this page, you'll have the option to leave the monitor on. You should also check "Advanced Power Options". Don't be afraid of the word, "Advanced." It only means "customizeable"

If your mouse isn't waking your monitor, try the keyboard's space bar. I found it works better than the mouse at waking a sleeping computer

my friend had a laptop that did something similar so i got him an lcd ribbon cable replacement off ebay and that fixed it. i dont know if thats whats wrong with yours, but its a possibility. here is a link to a cable on ebay

I found some solutions other posted that didn't come up the first time I looked. I did a reboot and I'm good to go!

Go to your configuration settings menu and change the boot settings to your CD or DVD installer.

If you get the windows splash screen and it goes black that would be an indicator that your backlight is bad. Try to hookup an external Monitor to determine this. Otherwise if you get no image at all even when you connect an external monitor. You need a new HD and must relaoad your OS, and all programs! Let me know!

i am having the same problem with my phone, but it will stay black for long periods of time. i wish i had never bought it.
