I have changed from nokia to blackberry bold. all my contacts on sd card - how can I import them to the blackberry contacts

You have the easiest option to copy all your contacts to your sim card and then copy it back to black berry. In order to do this you simply have to go to your phone book options and in the settgings you will find copy contacts to sim and then put the same sim in black berry and select copy contacts from sim.If your contacts are more than the capacity of your sim then you can select the contacts to copy and you have to do this twice or thrice depending on your sim's memory.

I have videos on my 8310 blackberry and i want to tranfer them to my desktop to play them.

Hi, Video files will be stored on memory card in blackberry, so please take the memory card and connect the memory card to computer. you will see a saperate drive in My Computer. Now you can transfer the video files to computer.
OR you can try another method. Please install latest version of Desktop Manager in your computer, connect blackberry using USB data cable, Then you can transafer the data, files, videos etc. If you dont have Desktop Manager software cd to install, you can donwlaod the software from blackberry.com. I hope this information will be helpful.
