My watch is an Elegance that is thirty years old with sentimental value. I don't know how old your watch is or how much you want to put into it. I would contact Citizen to see if they could fix you up with something if you haven't done so already. They should have these watches cataloged. You may have to send it back to them.

I'll need more information about the watch. WR200 is not the model number. It is the depth in metres it is water resistant to.
The serial number is usually engraved on the back plate of the watch. The bit against your skin when you're wearing it. It's the number marked in red in the photo I've attached. Is this a digital watch, a watch with hands or does it have both?

There is not enough information given. Citizen is make. Eco Drive is patented micro electric system name. C650 is caliber number. C650 is fitted in to many Citizen watch models. Give us exact model name, numbers, serial, etc. - then we can give the size. For a while you can check out C650 here:

mcdevito75 here, Some quartz watches and I believe Citizen is on of which need the exact factory number battery installed / replaced. if you did use the exact battery number and the new battery is not working, remove the battery and carefully clean the battery contacts with a Q-tip and rubbibg alchohol do not soak the battery contacts just clean them. Also your new battery could be dead, who knows how long it was on the store shelf. Alaso wipe off any oil from your fingers on the new battery before you install it in the watch, make sure the battery is seated correctly in the watch, the back cover may also have to be installed back onto the watch to complete the battery circut for the watch to work. If all this fails you can try to contact Citizen online, Contact CitizenWatch.com and get their recommended battery size for your watch, OR, look for a small watch repair shop in your area. One Last thing, Your Citizen watches Quartz mechanism could also have gone bad, in this case you"ll need a new watch.
