my phone is samsung galaxy s advance,my pattern was attempted to many times and now my phone is locked and the phone request google account and i forgot it. so i need help how to unlock?
just remove your battery, so that the phone can boot normally and again it will ask for your unlock pattern and email..
if you happen to forgot your unlock pattern, 10 attempts will cause it to freeze for a while, but you will notice a forgot password with a question mark on the bottom right corner of the display, tap it, then log in to your google account from there your can reset it.
If you forgot the pattern and the security question answer, you can also override it with the google account that the lock pattern requests. The Google account that the pattern lock requests will be the same Google account you have used to access the Android Market and other Google apps on the handset. If you cannot remember these details, you would need to reset the handset using the Update Service program.
This program resets the handset while the phone is completely powered off so there will be no need to use the touchscreen or access the phone at any stage. You can download the Update Service here:
After 5 failed attempts to unlock you should be presented with a button in the lower left of the unlock screen labeled 'Forgot Pattern?'. hit this button and enter your Google account credentials you used to initially sync the device with your Google account.
