I'm not familiar with this particular code but if you call the Xeox number below or click on the website below I believe they can help you best! They do list a Xerox DC252 OSG Printer/copier @ the website!

By power cycle they just mean either turn the machine off and on or unplug from power then plug back in.

I could not find the code on Xerox.com are you sure your information is correct. If so the only other solution would be to call xerox support.
I apologize as this seems to be an anomaly although the first part of your code refers to power and user interface.

before it refix cartridgesd reconnect all connection .reset alsettingns to factory defaults then check
The 'Please Wait' message appears on the display. It will take

I take it that you are printing with the bustled EFI controller ??
If so check the Xerox website and load the composite patches.
Or at least the 1-S4225
Otherwise you have ESS NVM corruption - a software reload with the latest version will sort it out..
you have ESS NVM corruption = An error in the memory board of the system. you will not be able to get past this without a software update from xerox
you need to wait 10 minutes after turning on your machine

There is a hole punch home position sensor not detecting the 2 or 3 hole punch.
Try reseating the hole punch assembly then power the machine off and on.

When the Hole Punch Waste Container is emptied, make sure that all paper scraps are discarded; otherwise, the machine may malfunction.
Make sure that the machine has stopped copying / printing, and then open the Finisher Front Cover.
Pull out the black plastic Hole Punch Waste Container; labeled R4.
Dispose of the drilled paper scraps.
Reinstall the empty Hole Punch Waste Container.
Close the Finisher Front Cover.

After that Power OFF the machine by pressing the [ON / OFF] button located on the right side of the Front Panel.
Wait approximately 20 seconds. Power ON the machine.

Its the problem with the fuser unit.so it does not initialize and as soon as u start the machine it will try to boot and show you the error.to solve this problem just replace fuser unit.the printer other parts are perfectly fine.replacing fuser will definately solve the problem

well xerox and I have a little problem they attempted to charge me $6500.00 sales tax and I refused to pay it because I am exempt it took them 3 months to fiqure out I did'nt owe it the machine broke and they refused to fix it when they decided I did'nt owe the tax they wanted me to pay service and maintenance fees the three months it was broke I refused been in limbo for 6 months now
