Red standby light showing on tv, but when switching on by remote or directly on tv it turns to blue but then just cuts out and goes back to red standby. The AC Adapter has green light showing which seems to indicate that this unit is working and transmitting power. But the TV is just not switching on, can anyone help?
Do you still have the tv?
SOURCE: Switch TV on then a blank red screen appear then
turn TV on, let the Tv cycle through the three colours, then using the remote press the menu button followed by the standby button. press standby button again and it all comes up working.

I would take it back and get a replacement, it is a lemon, it will void warranty if you open it up. It can be defctive power supply module.
