your going to need ot call apple and have them remove the current icloud from the phone they should be able to do it remotely if you provide them with the serial nuimber or MEID. hope that helps

note: ESN wasn't available for the iPhone.

It will be printed on the SIM card tray. There is a small hole on the side or top of your iPhone. (Not the one at the bottom; that's the mic.) Insert a firm, thin paperclip and the tray will pop out. The MEID will be printed somewhere on that tray, maybe under the sim card itself. You might need a magnifying glass. :)

You can sign out of your account by going to:

Settings > iTunes & App Store > Tap on your Apple ID> Sign Out !

The imei code is unique for each phone. There are 3 ways to find the imei code for your iphone:

1 - About screen - Tap Settings > General > About to view your serial number, IMEI/MEID, and ICCID.

2 - Remove the SIM tray, the serial number and IMEI will be printed on the SIM tray

3 - If you still have the device's original packaging, you can find your serial number and IMEI/MEID printed on the barcode label that's affixed to the packaging.
