Hi shaen1257 - This particular issue can be caused by quite a few reasons. Washer could be experiencing a communication error from the main control board, faulty door lock assembly, faulty pump or the timer itself is not operating correctly. Did you notice a humming noise? If so, either the drainage hose/pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned or could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly or pressure switch. You can also press and hold the start/pause and cancel button together at the same time for approximately 30 seconds to display an error code on the LED. What error code does it display? With this information I can advise you further on what the main issue could possibly be.

If you have had a lightning storm or power surge it may have fried the electronics panel. That is what happened to mine. Once it is fixed you should put a surge suppressor on it that is rated for major appliances.

Check the cold water line into the unit. Remove the hose from the washer and clean the screen. flush the line while it is disconnected into a bucket or small garbage can. Your washer wont advance without a fill and most fills/rinses are with cold water

I had the same problem about a year ago. Out of the blue, the washer would start beeping and blinking. While the washer would run fine, it was annoying. Anyways, I had the service guy in and he had to replace the control board panel (under warranty). Without warranty, the cost of the part would be ~ 150.00. It was fine after that.

The E10 error indicates a long fill error meaning the machine thinks it took to long to fill with water.
We recommend u to check that the drain tube is now stuck to far into the stand pipe and possible causing as siphoning problem, and that the screens on the water valve inlet are cleaned and not slowing the water flow.
u can hook the drain hose off, forcethe water through it with a water hose, unclog the stinky mess and hook it back up again and work it.. tat woul do..
Plz rate this solution.. thank you..

The E27 error flashes on the washer LCD screen and stops the current load. Unplug your washer for 30 minutes and then plug it back in to reset the code.
Open and close the door two or three times to reset the sensor. Sometimes the door has been closed too hard and the sensor reading fails.
