Water gushing out underneath leaking. Seems like hose off. Can't see how to take top off to check.

If your washer is still under warranty, I would call the company and have them send someone down. If the leak is from either the drum itself or a seal then I don't think you could handle it yourself. But, first make absolutely sure that it's not from any hose connection. Tighten all the connections, especially those to the drain pump. And check the pump itself for any leaks.

Turn machine OFF on the front panel. Hold down the Water Temp Down button and press the POWER button. Release buttons. You are in Diagnostic mode. With your service sheet ,Diagnostic chart will explain where the error lights pattern and the path to your solution are.My advice is this....there is a known problem with the wire harness connectors, and the contact that is made at the point of connection. One at a time remove each connector starting at your main control board ,some where there is a loose connection.

hi there,
the leak underneath could be from the pump or the drain hose. some washers have a tub to pump boot that sometimes springs a leak.
for a 4-month-old washer, i would certainly hope you pay nothing. F&P appliances come with at least a 2 year warranty. check your user & care guide for warranty information.

if you have replaced water valves and still not working you need to check if power is supplied to valves also does the machine do any other functions like draining or spinning if you advance it if not possible fault is lid switch if the machine stop starts continually possibly out of balance switch faulty if none of the above control board may be faulty hope this helps
SOURCE: it dose not go to spin
Hi just read your posting. Now just a couple of questions.Does your machine drain the water If it does not drain the water remove most of the water by hand so you can tip the machine back so you can look underneath .Now you will see a pump to the front right of the machine. It will have a red or black fan attached to it.Turn the fan a few times to loosen the pump if it is tight .If it loosens when you turn the fan put it back on its feet and select a spin cycle and push the start button.Hopefully it starts to drain. If it drains it should spin. Please reply with additional information or if it starts to drain.Good luck.
