Hello, i would like to ask whats a good specification for standard HD video editing? and perhaps 3d animation? thank you very much!

On a mac try Final Cut Express or Final Cut Pro on a PC try Pinnacle Studio HD or my favorite Sony Vegas.
As for the 3D, for games try Unity 3D if you want a intro to a YouTube series visual effect ect. try Adobe After Effects , for design try Google SketchUp.

Question

making a game doesn't end with c++. it's only a part of it.

First you've to design the 3d environment , characters , visuals using good 3d animator softwares like Maya , 3ds max etc.. Then using C++ you shall build up logics for games.

Try to know that Making a game is not easy as you play it. It involves a lot of work,work,work.....
