It's possible there's an issue with your video board on your TV. Can you use component leads to connect to your TV instead?

Toshiba p25 laptop, comes up blue screen. Can't get into safe mode, can't change bios settings, can't get prompt. Unit keeps rebooting. I put it in a desktop and copied win7 onto it, but haven't been able...

Blue Screens are usually caused by three factors, the first and easiest to detect is a faulty ram, the second and a little more complex failure surface is hard and the third and most complex operating system failures , in the latter you must use the restore disk that came with your computer and reinstall the operating system, only to lose all data on the hdd

Belkin Router keeps frezing.

Try changing the channel of the router to 1,9 or 11, and make sure that there is no cordless phone near the router or the wireless computer, this will help mionimize wireless interference. If this may not work you may want to adjust some settings on the advance wireless settings of the router like the beacon(set it to 50) and RTS/fragmentation(2304).
