Try this::While the power is turned off hold the power button and up volume button by pressing them. Keep holding them until something appears on the screen. Then release and you should be given the option to erase all the data from the Kocaso tablet.

Someone installed a password, so until you either perform a factory reset of the tablet to clear the password or remember the password you are kinda sunk. A reset will erase all stored data except what was loaded by the factory.

Have new Proscan Tablet PLT 9650 and can't get pass the password screen. brand new, right out box and I didn't put on a password. can't bypass the screen..haven't been to home screen!!!

If i can remember the password is either 1 2 3 4 or 0 0 0 0

Reset password

to reset password will be in your settings but you will need to know your original password to change it if you dont know this you will have to reset back to factory setting but you will lose any files you have saved like music pics docs etc

Your problem doesn't make sense. You cannot try the password too often. Try a factory/hard reset.
