GE dryers use three-character codes that display on LCD
screens. Every code starts with "E" and is followed by a two-digit
number.
Power Failure
When your home loses power, the "E01" error flashes on the
screen. Reset the dryer memory by unplugging the device, waiting 30
seconds and plugging it back in. The error code will disappear.
Thermistor Errors
Errors "E02," "E03," "E04" and "E05" are thermistor errors.
The thermistor, when operating properly, reads the temperature of the
dryer. Errors E02 through E05 indicate the thermistor must be replaced.
Effects
When there is an error with the door switch and sensor, the
"E60" error code will appear. An unbalanced door will produce the E60
code. Try to close the door gently and listen for the click. If the
error remains, the door switch may need to be replaced.
Control Board Errors
The control board sends signals from the controls to the
dryer. When this fails, errors "E61," "E80" and "E81" appear. Contact GE
service or install a new control board for the dryer

Based off what you have described your Frigidaire dryer is displaying an error code of E61. I understand that you have replaced the circuit board and you are still receiving the error code. An E61 means that your heater relay as had a failure which could be a potential problem with your heater relay or a wiring harness. You may need to seek professional assistance with proper troubleshooting this will help you to avoid any further unnecessary part purchases. If you need help locating a local technician you can visit your manufacturer's website for a list of available technicians. -Matt
I appreciate your post, Doug Anderson! From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dryer is displaying an error code of "E61". "E61" stands for heater relay failure which could be a problem with wiring, heater relay, or main control board. I would recommend performing a reset on your dryer and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord for ten minutes. This should help clear out any potential false error codes. Hope this information is helpful. -Matt
Hello Curtis - Typically, error code E61 indicates a Heater Relay failure. At first the heater was grounded, and now possibly the heater relay. When the heater grounded it could have shorted the relay as well. Generally it is a good idea to have a professional take a look at it to get to the root cause. Cost of parts and technical expertise entailed in these types of replacements can be a bit tricky.
Some brands where technical information is not always available or hard to obtain are Bosch,Siemens,Indesit,Hotpoint,LG,Samsung.. Here you can Download Instruction manual For your washing Machine (Enter you Product code to Download Example: WXS1040/05 )
In this situation (salt water) best thing is rinsing the equipment immadiatelly with tap water and drying it throughly and quickly (with hair dryer etc.) But its been three days, so the internal circuitry and metallic mechanisms are most probably affected from salt water since its highly corrosive. Now, you can send it to your dealer/camera manufacturer for throughly check and repair. I believe nothing you can do right now. And its probably still damp inside, means still affecting by corrosive salt water if you did not already dry it throughly.
wow, that is something... have you tried reseting it back to its factory settings?? it is an option available in the phone itself.. you dont need any secret pass code or stuff. It should fix the problem.
