Prints blank pages, even test pages

I can only think its a problem with the ink cartridges.
Is it a new printer?
Have you taken the tabs off the ink cartridges?
Does it need a head clean?

replace your cartridges with a fresh, genuine ones

I think the ribbon or printer head need to be change since it prints a complete black page, if it is a blank page it prints, i would have said the toner ink is low in the cartridge or finished but since it is a black page it needs replacement.

I suggest you get a technician to help fix it.

Test print shows that there is no problem with he printer.
Do this:

Type just one or two words in a new document and try to print. Before printing, look at the print setup and make sure you have the correct printer name selected.
Also when you go to print, there are few options like:

• Print All
• Current page
• Pages
• Selection

If you attempt to print "selection" without actually selecting a certain portion of the document, you get blank page.
So first check that the correct name of the printer is selected.
Then test printing one page

Even though the toner was shown at 1/2, I had the fax machine operator install a new cartridge. Problem solved!

First print a standalone test page.
Push Setup >> Print reports >> Self Test report.
If the page prints fine. Reinstall the software. It will work !!

My HP 1320 printer is printing blank pages and it will not even print test pages etc

Even though I changed my black and colored ink cartridges twice, the printer still prints blank pages. What should I do?
