Put it on Ebay and buy a new TV as the LCD Panel will cost you more than this model currently sale for.

The LCD screen has been broken. The screen is the single most expensive part of the unit. It is normally not cost effective to repair them. Replacement is the best option. Prevent tip-overs in the future by either wall-mounting the device or by tethering the unit to a wall with the tether kit that is supplied with most units.
The TCON board or the LCD panel is faulty. You have to replace the TCON board to confirm it.

If you have a flat screen LCD TV then there is NO color tube. Somebody is blowing smoke. Don't deal with him. The main board in conjunction with the screen controller board are the places to look.
No,the Plasma tv screen is cracks and damage.Take an insurance claim against the moving company.Sorry the plama screen is 90% of the tv,even u can buy the plama screen from the tv company to repair.They will sell the Plasma screen to u the same as a new tv.Even might cost more after the new plasma screen it put in.Now the tv only worth as for salvage electronic boards parts only now,not as a whole tv anymore.
Sorry to hear about that. The only solution is to get the plasma panel and it cost about three quarters of the total price. Must be installed by professional tv repairman. Usually not costwise to fix this problem especially with the prices coming down. Most technicians I relate to are downgrading plasma tv anyway and are promoting LCD as the best overall.
