We have a Kyocera 5035 Copier and getting a message "Page tray is out of order"?? Any ideas on what to do?

Our Copystar CS-5035 Copier is not sending the copies to the finisher, instead they are coming out in the middle of the copier.

Press the * key and select Machine Defaults. Key in 6482, and scroll down to Select Copy Output Mode and press the Change # key. Select the desired output location.

If 6482 doesn't work use 5000

Copystar 5035 lite copies

Lite copies caused by developer unit, try to run mode 130 which will add toner to your developer, or try change the density of the copier, if non works, this means you have to change the developer unit.

My kyocera km 5035 has an error code of c 2642. Any suggestions?

C2642 is not a listed error code for the KM-5035.

C2600 is deck conveying motor / desk motor problem.

C4200 is a LSU (laser unit) problem.

Not recongnizing bottom tray

the bottom tray sensor may be damaged or dust must be occupied over the sensor clean it

I am just trying to find the driver for a Copystart CS-5035. I cannot find anything on the Kyocera web site.

www.copystar.com go to downloads. select legacy/mfp copiers. then select your model then under technical resources select drivers

I was told i needed a fax module to be able to fax from this copier where would i be able to get this and how would i install it

You need the fax card in order to use the machine as fax unit too. let me know if you still looking for that, so i can send you the manual to setup it.

Touch screen on kyocera 5035 isnt working

Look for a stuck key on the operation panel. Usually is the least used key, a grain of salt will do it!

You have to reset the drawer by; 10871087 and run SIM 906

You should be able to just key in the Code you wish, then hit the print key to activate.

Then use the touch screen to reset then print key again.

If you go into copy mode punch in 1087 1087
press the green start button
punch in 906
press the green button
select the option on the touch screen
press the green button
and wait until the machine reboots
this should fix any minor problems
