Xbox 360 wont load disc

the discs are probably from a different region, i had the same prob

try playing a different game *******

open tray right??

-check the time and date settings,even the time zone as well
-try to load the disc without the hard drive or memory unit
-look for corrupted files at the memory, delete it
-do the system maintainance,
system settings>>memory>>hardrive, press y for device options, press this in sequence x, x, Lb, Rb, x,x>>yes

check if you CD is break in the center. If it break, go in a EBGAME and told them your problem.

it could be that u got **** like food in your x box360 open it up and clean it out put it back to gether and try it if this dose not work tell me at [email protected] ty

the lens of the disc drive needs a check up...

My 360 is/was having a similar problem...my 360 would say "reading disc" then "open tray". Well since my system is only about 8 months old...I opted to send it in for repair. Its under warranty. My system is in route to be fixed as we speak. I would advise you to get yours registered too.

i think iv had this one you put disc in then when its loaded goto arcade menu and i think the games are there rather then reading from disc

it has to do with your tv if you have a 50 pal tv u will need a 60 pal because the grafics are good

I am almost 100% certain that the warranties of xbox 360 consoles have been extended 3 years.

I also had this problem some months ago, and Im sorry to say that I was told the problem is in the hardware. I had to send my xbox in, and they sent me a brand new one, fully covered under warranty.

Give xbox a call... 1-800-4MY-XBOX, ask about the warranty of your system, and also let them know your problem.
The only way I ever got any games to work with this problem, was to open and close the tray over and over until it finally worked, so I finally just sent it in. Good luck.
