If this has happened previously and been 'repaired' [note the quotes-it is not normally a repair for these small items but replacement] this then would seem to be a fundamental fault with this particular model. Go for a refund or model change

If the tuning light on your Crosley CR66 Rochester radio is not working, there are a few things you can check to try to fix the issue:
Check the bulb: The tuning light may simply need a new bulb. You can try replacing the bulb to see if that fixes the problem. Check the manual for your radio to find out what type of bulb is needed and how to replace it.
Check the wiring: If the bulb is not the issue, it may be a problem with the wiring. You can open up the radio and check the wiring connections to make sure everything is secure and in place. If there is a loose connection, you can try tightening it to see if that fixes the problem.
Check the switch: It's possible that the tuning light switch is faulty. You can try cleaning the switch to remove any debris or dust that may be interfering with the connection. If cleaning the switch doesn't work, you may need to replace it.
If you're not comfortable working on your radio yourself, you may want to take it to a professional to have it repaired.
