My Ming recently started to crash. The symptoms are that it will be up and running for hours and then the screen will go blank and the current operation will stop, phone call, music, etc. Taping the screen or other buttons will get some beeps and maybe a flash or two. I have discovered that just removing the back cover seems to bring it back. The battery symbol shows red (low battery) and if I put the cover back, it goes black. The previous state of the phone appears to have been lost. This seems most likely to happen when I am in a phone call, but I have had long phone calls without it happening. Any ideas on what is happening? Where to get if fixed? I noticed that there are two metal contact points that seem to get pushed in when the back cover is in place, anyone know what those are for?
