II'm unable to send multi media & picture text. When I receive picture text the download balloon appears but won't download. when I send anything over 1k of data the message say pending and never sends the text. I'm in full service area and have all 4 signal bars lit up.
Contact your service provider and ask them to send settings to your phone. Its quick and free.

to fix this problem you will need to contact your network service provider and get them to resend your gprs settings to your handset, this will than allow you to use the requested features on your mobile phone, because it sounds to me as though, either the gprs settings have not been set up or they have been deleted, hope this helps.

you will need to contact the at&t customer service center and have them assist you further with this.
