Hi! the camera have new batteries. It turns on and all the menu buttons are functioning but the shutter button dont.
Sounds like defective switch assembly.

Its possible the button board under the rear case has been shifted or is malfunctioning. You can try to remove the back case and see if you can realign, or reset your camera's button board. If this doesn't work, there are several online companies that can help -

hello, these units have a very fine zoom switch and can get damaged by a drop or fine sand. the zoom switch sits under the actual button. if you turn the camera on in camera mode and the display is showing the zoom on screen display then you know it is the switch.

Some of those buttons work in combination with the two dials (i.e.,
setting ISO and white balance, etc.). Hold a buttin down and user the
knobs simoultaneously.

I have a samsung digital camera digimax cyber 530 - just replaced batteries and camera wont start, i get 3 flashes from the green light screen nw comes on then goes off & the lens wont retrack back in the camera

You may have gotten a light debris in the lens. Just the littlest amount will cause the lens to jam. Try a can of compressed air and blowing it out.
