This code is a fuser problem code. Follow the procedure below. If the code does not reset or comes right back then: you will have to check the thermistor, thermo fuse and fuser lamp. If 1 or more are defective then replace. After you replaced the defective part you will have to clear the error code again.
Here's the way to reset that fuser code;
First open top cover then turn on power.
press system menu/counter
arrow down to service
press and hold start, # then enter keys
arrow down to maintenance
press enter
arrow down to Sim 163 press enter
select execute
press enter
turn off power then back on

Go into the service mode ( 10871087 ) then enter 163 then hit the start button. This clears the C6000 (heater error) and if it is a false code due to a power outage, it will clear the code and resume normal operation. If the code comes back, you likely have a bad heater lamp or thermal fuse or thermistor.
Zero-crossing signal problem
The engine PCB does not detect the
zero-crossing signal for the time specified

That is what the code means in the service manual. However you can try a reset by doing the following. Press 10871087 to enter maintenance mode. Once in maintenace mode press 906 then follow the steps below
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the EXECUTE using the up/down cursor keys. It is displayed in reverse.
3. Press the start key to reset partial operation control. The maintenance mode is exited, and the machine
returns to the same status as when the power switch is turned on.
