My screen will not auto-rotate any more. i have tried the obvious rebooting it, and with no success. i have looked in my settings, and turned it off, then back on, but refuses to budge from landscape mode. i have a keyboard case that i got for it, and i thought that might have something to do with why it wont go back, but ive tried unplugging it and then turning auto-rotate back on: nothing. i've tried powering it off, then unplugging the keyboard: STILL nothing. if anybody can help me, i would really appreciate it!!!

Sounds like you need to reset AppsLib.
This fix will wipe all your data, so be sure to back everything up.
Go to Settings.
In settings go to Go to "Privacy".
Select Factory Reset.
Select Reset Device.
-----------------
Connect the unit to the computer using the USB cable and "Select" Erase
Everything"
The following will occur:
• The screen will display COBY
• The screen will display Android
• The unit will reboot to the Menu screen
Step 6- The unit will prompt to calibrate. Hold stylus on the center of the target.
Repeat as the target moves around on the screen. ****DO NOT *** press Return or Home".
The unit will display "calibrate success" and will return to the main /home menu automatically. If for any reason the unit went into standby mode and the touch screen does not respond, reset the unit using a pin.
----------------------------
After the Factory Data Reset, do not launch the Applibs yet until:
1- You have configured your Wi-Fi
2- Check/enable "Unknown Sources"- Go to Settings, Application Setting. Done.
You can now open appslib.

before you do that, try opening the tableet and see if there's any loose wires, which can happen when it's dropped or something. Mine did the same while on a trip overseas, all my books lost :( my husband opened it and reconnected a wire, worked perfect ever since. You can look up how to open one on youtube, it's quite easy.
