Main board or power supply can cause this--things need to be tested and or a board/s replaced---not likely to be a do it yourself repair.

Those bastards manufactures are always making sure you won't be able to use parts from one model to the other. Especially-display! LCD panels could be rigged, but no plazma's. Sorry!
Sell it for parts to some repair shop and get yourself LCD or LED panel. Plazma is gone!

i think its broken because the pplasma disaperared it happens alot now a days so take it to the store you bought it fom

Hi! that was bad, we in kolin/ syntax phil. make sure that everything that is hook up on the unit should be put -up back in place, before we leave the customer.

check the orange capacitor C526 and C524...

16:9 is the widescreen mode, the other size is 4:3 ratio which is what the game's native size, it is picture boxing by the plazma is showing the size as not to distort the image, to get the full screen picture, but make sure it's not the plazma's setting first - where it selects the size of the image, you may have the streched version on your normal play.
