On Jan/23/13 out of nowhere the word safe mode came on my tablet and than I could not continue to play the game called crime city so A friend of minds tried to get it off and he deleted all of my down loads now nothing won't down load because this safe mode is on I don't know to remove it from my tablet
SOURCE: Clean dust from tablet pc screen
You have to remove the screw covers (the black squares around the screen), remove the screws and gentley pry the cover open with yor finger nails or a flat head screw driver, but be careful not to dent the sides with the screw driver. You can then take a can of air and blow the dust out. I would not touch the sensetive screen under neath. You could take a anti static, micro fiber cloth to wipe off the tough stuff.
SOURCE: replace hard drive but can't load tablet operating system
I bouht one used and had no tablet pc restore discs, but my 40 GB hard drive was full of programs. I cloned the drive with operating system reimaged my 160 GB hard drive with the image. You need to use partition software to repartition the new drive to " see" the larger drive with free space. This can be done before or afte. I did it after because i had to go thru trial and error acouple of times due to no real concrete info on the web.
SOURCE: my coby tablet won't open
Hi s112ronnie,
If your Coby tablet suddenly has no response or powers off, an elec-trostatic discharge may be the cause. In this circumstance, please follow these procedures for recovery:
1.Reset the player (use a paper clip to gently press the Reset button (on the bottom of the player).
2.Turn on the unit again
NOTE: Back up your data to an external source prior to performing reset.
Hope it helps.
Thank you for using FixYa.
