It could be that the main board or the remote reciever is bad on the TV. The best thing to do at this point is to have a technician verify which one is causing the issue. Otheriwise it would be an expensive gamble to replace both boards. Please take a moment to rate my answer. Thanks..
dear friend, Without installing of your webcam cd your webcam never work. If you don't have webcam cd of zenith saftwar then please purchase it from your nearest shop and install it now. then your problem can be solved. thanks
Had the same problem with my Zenith TV. Convergence was all out of whack. I purchased a repair Kit from www.TvRepairKits.com. The kit had all the parts and simple step by step photos of the repair. I cant thank them enough for making this possible . At first the repair did not work so I emailed them and within an hour they told me to check two other items. Sure enough they were right! The set is now working perfectly.
