switch the machine off at the switch hold down online and escape while switching on the switch , hold the buttons till you see service mode on screen , you need to go to engine , then drum , there you will find the setting to reset the pcu , or under data log is a function pm counter clear if it is giving you replace pcu on the screen

Hold down the two arrow keys and count to 5, hit the enter key, the machine should be in serrvice mode if nor repeat. use arrow ke and scroll to machine press enter scroll to data log press enter scroll to pm counter reset presss enter, scroll to fuser oil press enter and exicute this mod Please. DO NOT GO INTO ANY THING ELSE or you could do serious damage to your machine!! If your machine has a Copy feature expander yopt must press Clear mode, Press 1-0-7 and then hold down the stop cancel key 4sec. go into copy sp mode press 7-804-809 press exicute button again Please DO NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE as damag can be done to your machine. Press the “Up/Down arrow” keys together for about 5 seconds, and then press the
“OK” key.
“SYSTEMver x.xx/ 1. Service” appears on the display.
The machine automatically goes off line when you enter the service mode.
enter SP 5810 and reset the SC 543 **** if again appears please do not reset it again because you may do bigger problem and damage more part than ware damaged in first place .
The SC code says that the termistor is damaged so check on the fusing unit dose the termistor is standing in good position or has dirt on the surface of he termistor.

where is the online and escape that I am supposed to hold down while switching on the switch? And does this actually change the way counter counts copies or is it just clearing the copy count?
