Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.
With the printer plugged in and powered off, press and hold the Resume/Cancel button, then press and hold the Power button. (DO NOT release the buttons. The LED light should be green to indicate that a function is selectable.).
While holding the Power button, release the Resume/Cancel button. (DO NOT release the Power button.).
While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button 2 times, and then release both the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in orange and green, starting with orange.).
When the LED light is green, press the Resume/Cancel button 4 times. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in orange and green, starting with orange.).
Press the Power button. The LED lights in green, and the reset is performed. (When the operation completes, the printer returns to the menu selection mode automatically.).
Press the power button to exit service mode.
Note: if you accidentally press the Resume/Cancel button more than 4 times in step 4 then just press the Resume/Cancel button at least 10 times and the printer will be returned to step 4 automatically
I suspect you probably have a bad LED assembly. It could be either the red, green or blue that is bad and give you the same symptom. The problem is locating parts for it as it looks like the light engine is no longer available. I would have a technician look at the TV to verify this and what parts are needed for repair.

Turn off the printer ( "Power"
button).
Hold the button "Resume" (red circle in the triangle), add a printer
(click "Power") - an indicator light green.
Hold the "Power" button, release the button "Resume".
Not releasing the "Power" button, double click "Resume" and
release both buttons.
Four times click "Resume"
Once you click "Power", to confirm the selected action (reset counter
absorber). To disable the printer "Power" button to click again.
i also have the same problem with the flashing green light for a while then a different red light starts blinking on and off around 5 times....and i replaced my burnt bulb with a new one...still no picture.
