Well, according to the LG error look up table:

LE Locked motor error. Cause: The connector (3-pin), male,white) in the motor harness is not connected to the connector. (3-pin,female,white) of stator assembly. Or the electrical contact between the connectors. (3-pin,male,white) in the motor harness and 4-pin,female,white connector in the main PWB assembly is bad or unstable. Or the motor harness between the stator assembly and main PWB assembly is cut (open circuit) Or the hall sensor is out of order/defective.

Decoding the techno speak, this means that the little rev counter, built on to the back of the motor and connected by 3 wires has either come loose, fallen off, failed or its wires are unplugged. The result is the machine can't figure what speed the motor is running at, so it shuts it down.

If just the "spine" is too tall, then unscrew the spine from the card, and attach a shorter spine.
Or, if you are "brave", then run "*****" -- don't attach any "spine" to the video-card.

this code LE indicateds a locked motor error. the motor harness between the stator assy. and the main power assembly has an open circuit. It can also mean that the Hall Sensor is non functioning. you will need a repair person for this job.

youll need to remove the lower accces panel, (3 screws across the bottom of unit) behind htere will be a teurn screw giving access t o the pump cleanout, possible that it is full with gunk/debris, preventing proper drainage. F 02 poor drain

if it will not play any games but will play movies ect then the laser is out of allignment and needs to be serviced.

if you can only play origional xbox games then the same applies above.

if you can not play dvd movies, xbox games then you have to check to see if the disk drive is spining if so then it the lazer assembly that needs to be replaced

If no spining then the motor hub assembly needs to be replaced.
