Freezer and Fridge are both not cooling

Contact a professional. Sounds like either your damper door is not operating correctly and not letting enough cool air from the freezer enter, or there is an air leak that is making ice form .

Its defrost problem.--------- When you open the freezer door, then ice starts getting defrosted, because outside temperature is warm and due to that inside ice gets bit melted.--------- -------------- The working procedure of this unit is as follows: --- The compressor starts then it cools the freezer section. When the freezer reaches its cooling level the defrost cycle starts functioning. In this cycle the fan in the freezer section starts running and the cool air in the freezer section is passed to the fridge section and the fridge section gets cold. when you open the freezer door do you hear the fan blowing?sounds like the air isn't moving,there's also a damper on the fridge side,the door opens to let the cold air in and then closes,make sure the door is opening,you can take the cover off and put an ice cube on the twirled up metal part to close it and put your hand on it to open it to see if it's working

your defroster seems to be out. This is located in the space between your freezer and fridge where your temp. control is. This defroster can be purchased at an appliance parts supply take model number and serial number with you in order to get the correct part. Once part is obtained follow instructions and unplugg unit before servicingf

if it seems like the evaporator is getting cold then your sealed system should appear to be ok. you need the evap fan to transfer cold air into fresh food section. if not turning u need to replace fan motor. make sure your not getting to much frost build up on the evap.

the unit is loosing the freon supply to the evaporator.you either have a leakage,a blockage or the compressor is not pumping to full capacity.
